The first two are from the episode "Last Week Fights, This Week Tights" and the third one is from "Raincoats and Recipes". The rest are all from "A House Is Not a Home".
For the middle section, if you can't read the text, it says, "She was supposed to have more than me." It was something that Lorelai said to Luke at the end before she proposes and he goes off on his rant.
And the last two are of Lorelai proposing. The reason they are pretty much exactly the same except one says "Luke" and the other doesn't can be blamed on the perfectionist in me.
